We want you to participate and we'll pay for it!

OGS is again this year cosponsoring the UCSD Graduate Fair with Career Services and covering the cost of your participation. We will cover the cost of a table, chair, and one lunch at the grad fair for each graduate department/program.

Complete all of the information requested and go through the payment process marking "sponsored" and the fee will be waived. We will work with Career Services to take care of the cost. Your confirmation and follow-up information will come to you directly from Bill Wingard at Career Services. They will work with you just as if you were a regular paying customer.

1. Even though your fees are waived, you still have to register in order to participate, or else Career Services won't have a table for you.
2. When you register and go through the payment process, make sure you click the "sponsor" button, then the registration fee will be waived.
4. If you want to bring extra reps or have an umbrella, make sure that you mark that on the registration form. You will have to pay for the extras. Click "recharge" in the payment options if you have additional charges. The invoice is automatically generated and should reflect only additional expenses.
5.  You can request wireless internet access at no additional cost (available both on Library Walk and in the Price Center Ballroom).

UCSD has very talented undergraduates who are interested in graduate school. Come out and meet them. See the quality of students that other departments are producing for your graduate programs.
